Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel enrolments, subscriptions, and service engagements with CodeLytical Hub, and the conditions that apply.

1. KodeLab Academy — Course Enrolment Cancellation

Cancellation before the course starts

You may cancel your course enrolment at any time before the first scheduled class session, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund of your course fee.

Cancellation after the course has started

Once the course has begun and you have attended a session or accessed course materials, your enrolment cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, if you need to stop attending, you can contact us to discuss deferring your enrolment to a future cohort of the same course, subject to availability.

Deferral option

If you are unable to attend the course you enrolled in due to a genuine emergency, contact us and we will do our best to transfer your enrolment to the next available cohort at no extra charge. This is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

To cancel a course enrolment, contact us via WhatsApp or email as listed in Section 5 below, with your full name, the course name, and your payment reference.

2. ICT Genius App — Subscription Cancellation

The ICT Genius Android application uses a subscription model for premium access. Here is how cancellation works:

How to cancel your subscription

Since payments are processed through Paystack (not Google Play Billing), you cancel your subscription by contacting us directly. Send us your registered email address or phone number and your Paystack transaction reference and we will cancel it promptly.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds for unused periods

Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable for the remaining days of the current billing period. Cancellation only stops future charges. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

3. App Development Services — Contract Cancellation

If you need to cancel an ongoing app or web development project, the following conditions apply:

  • Before development begins: If you cancel after signing the agreement but before any work has started, the initial deposit is forfeited to cover administrative and planning time. Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
  • After development has started: You will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any overpayment beyond work completed will be returned.
  • Cancellation by CodeLytical Hub: If we are unable to continue a project for any reason on our end, we will notify you in writing and refund any payments made for work not yet delivered.

All cancellations for development services must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp message) to be valid.

4. Digital Products (Source Code & DTF Designs)

Digital product purchases (source code files and DTF design files) cannot be cancelled once the download has been delivered, as the product has already been received. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you have not yet downloaded a purchased product and wish to cancel, contact us immediately and we will process a cancellation and refund.
