1. Source Code Marketplace (Digital Products)
All source code, templates, and digital project files sold on our marketplace are non-refundable once downloaded. This is because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once received.
However, we will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged but the download link did not work and we were unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- The product was significantly different from what was described in the listing
- You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate charge)
To request a refund on a marketplace purchase, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date with your transaction reference.
2. KodeLab Academy — Coding Training Courses
We want every student to have a great experience. Our refund conditions for training courses are as follows:
Before the course starts
If you paid for a course and request a refund before the first class session, you are entitled to a full refund. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date.
After the course has started
Once you have attended one or more class sessions or accessed course materials, no refund will be issued. We invest significant time in preparing and delivering live sessions, and access to materials cannot be reversed.
If we cancel a course
If CodeLytical Hub cancels a scheduled course before it begins, all enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
3. App Development Services
Custom development projects (mobile apps, web applications, etc.) follow a milestone-based payment structure agreed in the service contract.
- The initial deposit (typically 30–50% of the project total) is non-refundable, as it covers the time invested in project scoping, planning, and initial development
- Milestone payments made for completed and delivered work are non-refundable
- If CodeLytical Hub is unable to complete an agreed deliverable, the payment for that specific milestone will be refunded
All refund conditions for development projects should be confirmed in the service agreement before work begins.
4. DTF Gallery — Design Files
Design files purchased from our DTF Gallery are digital downloads and are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue receiving your files, contact us and we will resend them promptly.
5. ICT Genius App Subscriptions
Subscription payments for the ICT Genius Android app are processed by Paystack. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. See our Cancellation Policy for how to cancel.
If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical billing error, contact us immediately with your transaction reference.
