1. About CodeLytical Hub

CodeLytical Hub is a technology company based in Ghana, operating under the domain codelyticalhub.com. We provide a range of products and services including:

• Software and mobile application development services
• A source code marketplace for purchasing digital code templates and projects
• DTF (Direct-to-Film) custom printing design services
• Coding training and education through KodeLab Academy
• The ICT Genius Android learning application
• The KodeLab online learning portal at kodelab.codelyticalhub.com

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, purchasing any product, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are a minor), and that you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Source Code Marketplace

We sell digital products including source code, templates, and project files. All purchases are digital downloads. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased code for your own projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or relicence our source code products to third parties without written permission.

3.2 KodeLab Academy (Coding Training)

KodeLab Academy offers live, online coding training courses for various skill levels. Course enrolment is subject to payment of the applicable course fee. Access to course materials is provided for the duration specified at the time of enrolment. Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully completing a course.

3.3 App Development Services

Custom software and application development services are governed by a separate service agreement signed between CodeLytical Hub and the client. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms of Service apply. A non-refundable deposit is required before any development work begins.

3.4 DTF Printing Designs

Design files purchased from our DTF Gallery are licensed for your personal or commercial printing use. You may not resell the raw design files themselves as standalone products.

3.5 ICT Genius Application

The ICT Genius Android app is available on the Google Play Store. Use of the app is subject to these terms as well as Google Play's own terms of service. Any subscriptions purchased through the app are processed by Paystack.

4. Payments

Payments for our products and services are processed securely through Paystack. We accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money) and card payments (Visa, Mastercard). All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. CodeLytical Hub does not store your full card or mobile money credentials — payment processing is handled entirely by Paystack.

All sales are final once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, course materials, and design assets — is the property of CodeLytical Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Ghana and internationally.

Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use it as described in Section 3. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our paid products without authorisation
• Share your course access credentials with others
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content through our platforms
• Impersonate CodeLytical Hub or its representatives

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeLytical Hub provides all services and products "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable Ghanaian law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability to any customer for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the relevant product or service.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
